SMM Manager vacancy in a fast-growing platform in the CS2 case-opening niche

**Format: **Remote | Full-time

Responsibilities — Development and implementation of an SMM strategy for metric growth — Content management: assigning tasks to a content manager, monitoring quality and effectiveness — Development of Telegram and VK as the main acquisition channels — Launching and scaling activities: giveaways, events, special projects — Working with influencers and partner integrations — Purchasing and testing traffic on social networks — Analytics: tracking ER, CTR, FTD, deposits — Continuous cycle of hypotheses → test → analysis → scaling

What is important — SMM experience of 2+ years with a focus on results — Understanding of the funnel: traffic → registration → FTD → deposit — Experience working with Telegram as an acquisition channel — Analytical skills: ability to calculate effectiveness and make decisions based on data — Independence and responsibility for results, not the process

Will be a plus — Experience in iGaming / gambling / CS2 — Understanding of the audience (skins, upgrades, cases) — Experience working with influencers and traffic purchasing — Experience in scaling channels (not just managing them)
