Dr.Web develops antivirus software for various operating systems and mobile platforms. To quickly and efficiently test new developments, we are looking for perfectionists deeply immersed in mobile technologies. If you enjoy figuring out how new gadgets work, follow the development of operating systems and software for mobile devices, and want to apply your knowledge in practice – this vacancy is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Testing mobile antivirus (functional and non-functional);
- Checking new features and regressions before releasing updates;
- Writing test cases, checklists, bug reports;
- Working on Usability considering Android guidelines and specifics;
- Working with adb/logcat, emulators, and real devices;
- Interacting with developers, tech writers, and support.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in testing;
- Deep understanding of Android (application lifecycle, permissions, interrupts);
- Experience in creating test documentation (checklists, test plans);
- API testing skills (Postman, Charles/Fiddler);
- Ability to analyze logs;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to learn new things (antiviruses are interesting and complex!).
