Vacancy Description:

• Collection, analysis, and clarification of requirements from customers and stakeholders
• Preparation and approval of business requirements (BRD), user stories, scenarios, CJM
• Formalization of requirements in the form of system specifications (SRS), functional requirements, UML/BPMN models
• Participation in solution design: defining system boundaries, requirement decomposition, participation in architecture development
• Preparation of interface specifications, description of APIs, interactions between systems
• Support for the development team: clarifying requirements, support within sprints
• Participation in testing: development of acceptance criteria, verification of implemented functionality compliance with requirements
• Analysis and modeling of business processes, participation in their optimization
• Maintaining project documentation in Confluence/Jira

Experience as a business or system analyst of 3+ years (ideally with combined roles) Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), experience participating in projects at various stages Skills in describing requirements and processes: BPMN, UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence), ER diagrams Ability to write clear and structured documentation: BRD, SRS, API specifications Experience with REST API, databases (at the level of reading, analysis, composing simple SQL queries) Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, Postman, Swagger Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies Ability to communicate with both business and technical specialists

Will be a plus:

• Experience participating in projects with microservice architecture

• Knowledge of industry specifics (e.g., utility services, integration with government agencies, financial institutions)

• Experience writing SQL queries, understanding of integration principles (SOAP/REST, message brokers)

• work in BC "Centro" (offline);

• 5/2 schedule;
