Company: NDA Position: Project Manager Location: any (except RF, RB)

Requirements:

• Experience in gambling or betting for at least 6 months, priority to crypto-casinos and Web3 segment;
• Relevant experience in influencer marketing or streaming marketing in the role of influencer manager, stream manager, or project manager within a creator direction;
• Basic understanding of platform economics → GGR, NGR, revshare, CPA, wager, house edge, FTD, deposit funnel;
• If some hard skills regarding the product are missing, we are ready to teach within the team, the only non-passing point is a complete lack of experience in the vertical;

Operations:

• Simultaneously managing multiple partners or projects without losing deadlines and agreements;
• Working with spreadsheets as the primary accounting tool;
• Regular reporting and the ability to compile data into a clear summary for the manager;

Languages and Tools:

• Russian fluent, English B2 or higher for direct communication with creators;
• Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets or Excel, Notion at a level of confident daily use
