⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in fintech, data products.
- Experience with GenAI/LLM/AI assistants or agents.
- Understanding of the limitations and capabilities of models and agents.
- Practical experience with evaluation: benchmark datasets, quality criteria, labeling, error analysis, product improvement through evaluations.
- Understanding of the financial domain: stocks, bonds, OFZ, VDO, funds, derivatives, quotes, liquidity, profitability, risk, transactions, brokerage infrastructure.
- Ability to work hands-on: analyze datasets, review user requests, calculate metrics, build prototypes, test hypotheses.
- High agency, ability to work in uncertainty and focus not on the demo, but on proving value.
✅Responsibilities
- Master end-to-end protocol scenarios across three lines: data, financial product selection, trade execution.
- Formulate the product logic of the protocol: what requests the agent makes, what responses it receives, what limitations apply, how explanations and audits are recorded.
- Pilot the protocol with B2C products from the AI Office: check where the assistant lacks data, context, structure, or rules.
- Collect benchmark datasets and evaluations: real user requests, criteria for a good response, labeling, comparison with web search, ISS, and aggregators.
- Synthesize requirements from business, CDO, architecture, development, compliance, brokers, and the AI team into a clear roadmap and backlog.
- Bring the MVP to launch and first pilots with market participants.
