Description
Kandinsky is Sber's generative neural network for creating images and videos. The team is engaged in the development, training, and advancement of the model, as well as analytics and the establishment of performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- develop and enhance classical and ML-based metrics for automatic and human evaluation of models
- create methodologies and a testing pipeline for models across various domains (visual quality, prompt adherence, safety, etc.)
- engage in monitoring and analysis of current articles and benchmarks
- adapt found approaches to use-cases
- set and oversee tasks for data collection and labeling for internal benchmarks
- work with SOTA models: identify their strengths and weaknesses, compare them according to our criteria.
Requirements
- experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer (2.5+ years)
- proficient knowledge of Python and the ML / DL stack
- practical skills working with generative CV models and VLM
- understanding of main types of metrics in CV / NLP
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and utilizing them in work will be an advantage.
