🚀 We are looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist (Casino / Sweepstakes, US Market)
We are seeking a specialist to work with Reddit for the US market: you should be able to launch advertising (Reddit Ads), manage official brand subreddits, build audience trust, and handle reputation management.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Launching ads (Reddit Ads): set up and launch paid targeted advertising within Reddit.
- Setting up and launching subreddits: create and configure two official subreddits (r/Brand1, r/Brand2), create a clear FAQ, community rules, and specify legal restrictions (18+/21+).
- Content and mechanics: write native posts and reviews, launch bonus code drops (Code Drops), publish payout confirmations, and conduct Q&A sessions (AMA).
- Reputation management and support: publicly respond to player feedback and complaints, help resolve community issues.
- Outreach and partnerships: track brand mentions on Reddit; build open partnerships with moderators of thematic subreddits to organize AMAs and joint activities — within the platform's rules and with transparent disclosure of brand affiliation.
- Monitoring: track brand mentions and reputational risks on the platform.
🎯 Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience with Reddit (SMM, Reddit Ads, moderation, traffic acquisition, or arbitrage).
- Ability to set up and launch ads through Reddit Ads.
- Experience working with the Casino/Gambling niche in any advertising source (Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Good English (B2+/C1): fluent in writing posts and communicating with users.
- Understanding of how to handle negativity and conduct open communication with the community.
- Knowledge of Reddit rules: understanding bans, spam filters, working with proxies/antidetects when necessary.
💼 Conditions:
- 💰 Salary: $1500/month.
- 📍 Work format: office in Prague or fully remote.
- 🕘 Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Texas time (US Central Time, GMT-6/GMT-5 depending on the season).
