• Critical: Deep understanding of relational and graph databases.
• Good knowledge and 5+ years of industrial back-end development experience in Go. Ability to compose and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Linux administration level knowledge.
• Experience deploying projects to production.
• Experience with the ELK stack.
• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Good understanding of Go's parallel computation implementation specifics, limitations, and performance implications imposed by the Go runtime and compiler.
• Experience with virtualization based on qemu/KVM, libvirt.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience in Agile teams - Scrum, sprints, daily stand-ups.
• Experience leading a development team of 3+ people.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
• English language proficiency for fluent reading of technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, JMS).
• Monitoring experience using Prometheus, Grafana, pgWatch.
• Experience with Redis. Experience with k8s, docker.
