The «ADM GLOBAL» group of companies is a young, rapidly growing, active team that has become the first among private companies in the automotive business to import foreign car brands into Uzbekistan.
As part of the digital transformation of the «ADM GLOBAL» group of companies, an IT company is creating a centralized department responsible for the development and support of all group projects.
We are looking for a specialist capable of independently going through the entire process from idea to finished product: delving into business tasks, proposing optimal technical solutions, designing architecture, and implementing full-fledged projects with active use of AI tools.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Independently develop web applications and internal corporate systems using an AI-first approach to development;
- Manage the full development cycle: from requirements gathering and architecture design to testing, implementation, and support;
- Interact with business stakeholders, identify needs, and transform them into technical solutions;
- Design application architecture, databases, APIs, and integrations;
- Apply AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) at all stages of development — from design and code generation to testing, debugging, and refactoring;
- Quickly create MVPs and full-fledged applications, automating development processes as much as possible with the help of AI;
- Verify and refine AI-generated code, ensuring its quality, security, and performance;
- Independently choose the technology stack and make architectural decisions;
- Simultaneously manage multiple internal projects, effectively prioritizing and managing implementation deadlines;
- Estimate implementation timelines, identify technical risks, and propose optimal solutions for business tasks.
✅ Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial development experience and independent implementation of software products;
- Understanding of web application architecture, client-server interaction, APIs, databases, and integrations;
- Practical experience in developing products using an AI-first approach, where AI tools are not just an additional assistant but an integral part of the development process;
- Proficient in modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar);
- Ability to independently develop and launch applications from idea to production;
- Ability to understand AI-generated code, find errors, and fix them independently;
- Experience interacting with business stakeholders, identifying and formalizing requirements;
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in new business tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and bring them to completion;
- Understanding of information security principles, scalability, and application performance;
- Architectural thinking, independence, and focus on the final result.
🔆Will be an advantage:
- Experience in developing corporate information systems;
- Portfolio of implemented AI-first projects, independently brought to production;
- Experience using AI agents and agent-based approaches for development process automation;
- Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, and automating business processes;
- Experience in the role of Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Fullstack Developer;
- Experience in rapid prototyping, creating MVPs, and parallel implementation of multiple products.
