Seeking a QA engineer with experience in functional, integration, and performance testing for an ERP project in the fintech sector!

Location: Russia (Moscow/Moscow Oblast — hybrid with occasional office visits to Kutuzovskaya metro station; regions — fully remote)
Grade: Middle / Middle+
Rate: 951 RUB/hour (RF) / 692 RUB/hour (for regions)
Workload: ~160 hours/month (high)
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience
- Only completed higher education required
- Functional testing: experience in writing autotests (Python, Bash, JS, Groovy, Java, or C#), working with Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Page Object pattern, development of emulators/stubs
- Test design: designing test models, ensuring optimal coverage
- Advanced SQL level: joining 3+ tables, subqueries, filtering, working with dates
- Integration testing: API (SoapUI, Fiddler), service buses, queues (MQ, Kafka)
- Working with XML/HTML formats (reading, error analysis)
- Performance testing: experience with JMeter, preparing methodologies and reports, performance analysis
- Monitoring: creating dashboards and analyzing data in Splunk, Grafana, or Zabbix
- Protocols: SOAP, REST, JSON, Apache Kafka
- BDD Frameworks: Cucumber, Jbehave, or Specflow
Project Tasks:
- Functional and integration testing of the ERP system
- Test automation (updating and running autotests)
- Test environment setup
- Conducting performance testing of monolithic and microservice applications
- Preparing reports on testing results and performance tests
- Defect registration and description of performance issues
