The charitable volunteer association Ella Care is looking for SMM Volunteers and a Volunteer Manager for Work with Bloggers and Celebrities.

Ella Care is a team of volunteers who help terminally ill children receive treatment in foreign clinics. The team has recently begun its activities but has already established itself among partner foundations.

1. Volunteer for SMM

The main communication channel is a social network banned in Russia, but the team also wants to develop VK and Telegram recruiter contact. It would be great if you already have SMM experience and want to volunteer alongside another SMM volunteer manager.

What needs to be done:

• Write posts for the foundation's social media pages
• Develop a content plan together with the first SMM manager
• Edit Reels and Stories for social media according to Tone of Voice and visual style
• Respond to comments, monitor metrics and analytics

Candidate Expectations:

• You are well-versed in social networks, familiar with private charitable fundraising, and understand promotion methods for parental aid pages.
• If you have up to 12 hours a week, want to grow in charity, and help children — we are waiting for you.

2. Volunteer Manager for Work with Bloggers and Celebrities

Children's illnesses are a difficult topic. Parents sometimes have nowhere to turn. In despair, they turn to celebrities — hoping for a repost, a public appeal to their followers, or financial help. However, the team wants to make partnerships with celebrities consistent, stable, and high-quality.

Candidate Expectations:

• The team would really like to see enthusiasts in this role who understand how to properly approach a particular celebrity and make the partnership as comfortable as possible for both parties.
• If communication, fluent, lively oral and written speech, gentle persistence, and the ability to obtain the necessary contacts are your strengths, then you are greatly awaited in the team.
• 2 people are required to distribute the workload.
• This is a volunteer position, unpaid, and takes no more than 6-8 hours per week.

The volunteer team is constantly growing and needs reliable support through volunteer assistance! Children desperately need your help, and the team is confident that only through joint efforts can lives be saved.

All volunteers are offered training courses and practical sessions, opportunities for internships at universities, and participation in various events (optional).
