We are looking for an SMM Specialist / Content Creator to join the Next Genium team.

Work format: • Part-time employment (4 hours) • Remote work • 5/2 working schedule • Flexible schedule

Responsibilities: • Content creation from source materials (videos, text posts, visuals) • Daily content publication on English-language social networks (Facebook*, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) • Creation of creative posts for each platform • Audience interaction: responding to comments, maintaining dialogue • Group and channel development

Requirements: • Intermediate level video editing experience • Experience managing groups on at least 2 of the listed social networks for at least six months • English language proficiency: B2 / Upper Intermediate or higher • Literacy, ability to work with text • Understanding of group and channel promotion principles • Passion for games and deep immersion in the topic: knowledge of slang and terminology • Independence and initiative: daily planning, task completion • Calmness, ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts • Enthusiasm in community work and PR activities

Will be a plus: • Desire to learn new tools and approaches • Stress resistance and readiness for urgent tasks • Openness to edits and improvements • Basic knowledge of memology
