As a Motion Designer, you will create engaging video ads for performance marketing, come up with new creative ideas, and use AI tools to produce and improve visual content.
Your main responsibilities
- Create high-quality video ads for performance marketing.
- Come up with new ideas and ensure high-quality visual content.
- Generate video and static content using AI tools.
You're a great fit if you have
- 2+ years of experience with digital products in performance marketing.
- Video editing: Strong video editing skills and a solid grasp of editing basics.
- Understanding of motion design basics and basic After Effects skills.
- Ability to work with sound and audio tracks.
- A sharp eye for video editing, with a good sense of rhythm, style, and current trends.
Tools
- Confident with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.
- Experience with AI tools for generating static and video content, this is a must.
Performance marketing
- Understanding of performance marketing basics and what kind of ad creatives it requires.
- A drive to automate routine tasks and suggest ways to optimize team processes.
- English level B1 or higher.
