We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in end-to-end finance processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP FICO solutions.
What you'll do
- Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules, including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and CO.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure organizational structures, chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, and posting periods.
- Support core finance processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and general ledger.
- Configure and support controlling components, including cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and profitability analysis (CO-PA).
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing system support.
- Collaborate with ABAP, MM, SD, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process flows.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Experience with integration points between FICO and MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Ability to independently handle configurations and client discussions.
