Level: Middle+ / Senior**

About the company

We create AI-based products: intelligent assistants, business process automation systems, text and data processing services. We are looking for an experienced backend developer at the Middle+ / Senior level who can independently design solutions, work with integrations, and build the architecture of AI functionality.

Main tasks: • Design and development of backend architecture for AI/LLM products • Integration with OpenAI and other language models • Integration with various CRM systems • Building data processing pipelines and interaction with LLM • Storage and versioning of prompts, context, logs • Designing databases for AI tasks (SQL, potentially migrating to others in the future) • Optimization of AI request performance • Integrations with external systems: analytics, messengers, internal services

Requirements: • Commercial backend development experience at the Middle+ or Senior level (Python, other languages will be a plus) • Experience with OpenAI API, other LLMs • Understanding of LLM principles and prompt engineering • Ability to design data schemas for complex scenarios • Experience building and maintaining APIs • Skills in integrating with external services • Ability to write complex business logic and optimize it • Logging, monitoring, debugging complex systems • Experience in independent design of technical solutions • Readiness to take responsibility for the architecture

Will be a big plus: • Building complex AI pipelines • Deploying open-source models on a local server, fine-tuning • Experience building highload systems • Understanding RAG and working with vector databases will be a plus
