Ptolemay is a full-cycle IT outsourcing company specializing in the development of mobile and web applications for businesses and startups. We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer for an outstaff project in the fintech sector.

Responsibilities: • Maintain the server side of a trading platform. • Develop and release additional server components in C++. • Update documentation for the server side. • Develop new functionality and project design. • Write clean and maintainable code. • Work with technical debt and improve the quality of the codebase.

Mandatory requirements: • 4+ years of commercial experience in C++ development. • English at B2 level (Upper-intermediate) for work communication with an international team. • Willingness to work with legacy code. • Understanding of client-server communications and protocols. • Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures. • Understanding of the specifics of multithreaded programming. • Ability to work with Git.

Will be a plus: • Experience with MongoDB, Redis/memcached, RabbitMQ/Kafka • Experience with cloud solutions
