Backend Developer (C++) | Middle+ / Senior

Salary Range: up to 380k gross Location: Russian Federation Work Format: remote Employment Type: as a Russian individual entrepreneur (IP) (not GPC, not SZ) Company: Volna.tech (outsourcing)

FinTech product: a trading platform (stocks, CFDs). No HFT or algorithmic trading — the focus is on a stable product, business logic, and payment processing.

🔹 Key requirements:

• Commercial C++ development experience
• Understanding of client-server architecture and protocols
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Experience in multithreaded programming
• Ability to work with and maintain legacy code
• Daily use of Git
• Independence and a mature approach (ability to figure things out and ask questions)
• Experience working in companies with established processes (not just startups)

➕ Nice to have:

• MongoDB, Redis / Memcached
• RabbitMQ / Kafka
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Basic English

📌 Important:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process-driven development
• Candidates with a Qt focus will not be considered
• This is not an R&D project — there are many product and business tasks, routine work is possible
