📌 Requirements: ✅ 5+ years of professional IT/engineering experience ✅ Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365 ✅ Advanced networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPNs, DNS & firewalls ✅ Experience with Azure/AWS and Microsoft Entra ID ✅ Working knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V, SQL Server & Veeam ✅ Experience with endpoint security, MFA and EDR/XDR ✅ Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Excellent written and spoken English ✅ Strong client communication and customer-service skills ✅ Ability to work independently and manage complex technical issues ✅ MSP experience is a strong plus
