Bonus Data Analyst (Remote)

An international high-load iGaming product is expanding its analytical team and is looking for a Bonus Data Analyst.

What you will do:

• Analyze the effectiveness of bonuses, promo mechanics, and CRM campaigns
• Calculate ROI, bonus cost, profitability, payback, and retention uplift
• Evaluate the impact of bonuses on GGR/NGR and business metrics
• Conduct user segmentation by value, profitability, and sensitivity to bonuses
• Research player behavior and identify bonus abuse
• Build dashboards and analytical showcases for CRM, Product, Finance, and Risk teams
• Verify data quality and identify discrepancies between different sources

First tasks after joining:

• Understand the current bonus economy and data sources
• Audit existing bonus metrics and reporting
• Validate calculations of ROI, profitability, and GGR/NGR impact
• Identify discrepancies between CRM, Product, Finance, and Payment data
• Create the first dashboard on bonus effectiveness
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of one of the bonus campaigns

We expect:

• Experience in Data / Product / CRM / Marketing Analytics for 2.5+ years
• Mandatory experience in iGaming, Betting, or Casino
• Strong SQL and experience working with large data volumes
• Understanding of bonus mechanics, CRM campaigns, and retention analyses
• Experience in calculating ROI, profitability, LTV, ARPU, retention, and churn
• Skills in working with dashboards and business stakeholders
• Experience in identifying bonus abuse and analyzing user behavior will be an advantage
• Tableau, ClickHouse, and Python will be a plus
