Role Description We’re looking for a Finance Lead to own and scale our financial operations across our high-risk startup. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and can manage financial frameworks in fast-moving, high-risk verticals. You will be responsible for day-to-day operational cashflow (fiat and crypto), financial planning, reporting, liquidity and treasury management, and risk controls. This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role with close collaboration with the Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own financial planning and forecasting
• Manage cashflow tracking, reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Manage and execute daily fiat and crypto payments
• Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor payments
• Implement and manage risk controls and monitoring for both fiat and crypto transactions
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to AML/KYC requirements
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal advisors
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence processes
• Take hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance operations and resolve operational issues directly
