Field Test Analytic (LTE/GSM)

YADRO Telecom develops telecommunication systems. The key goal of the direction is to create a competitive line of RAN products for 4G/5G mobile networks. The plans include not only development but also the production of telecommunication equipment at our unique full-cycle YADRO FAB DUBNA plant.

We are assembling a team of professionals for the testing department. Currently, the team consists of 100+ specialists in quality control and assurance. Products are developing rapidly and require constant improvement of processes and validation tools. We are considering specialists with experience in various commercial projects as quality control engineers, system integration engineers, and telecommunication product support engineers.

What you will be doing:

• Actively participating in preparing test scenarios for drive tests, collaborating with the development team
• Preparing a parametric model for testing
• Coordinating the execution of drive tests based on the obtained results
• Creating defects and participating in root cause analysis
• Automating processes for measurement data processing and result analysis
• Preparing final reports on completed tests

What we expect from a future team member:

• Higher engineering education
• Knowledge of basic radio wave propagation principles
• Analytical mindset and experience in analyzing large volumes of data
• Knowledge of basic GSM/LTE mobile communication technologies, mobile network topology, and interfaces;
• English proficiency at the level of reading and working with technical documentation
• Basic Python knowledge
• Desire to develop in the field of telecommunications
