About the company and team
We are a company that develops and manufactures next-generation server hardware. The main focus is on creating reliable and high-performance solutions for data centers, aimed at processing large volumes of data, machine learning, and other computational tasks.
Solution development is carried out in our own research center, where innovative architectures and hardware prototypes are created. Production is located in one of the regions of the country, which allows us to control the entire process from design to release.
Candidate Expectations
Responsibilities:
- Development of testing methodologies, concept validation, their detailing and documentation, as well as support of testing processes;
- Development of methodologies, profiles, scenarios, and tools for load testing (scripts, test data generators, emulators);
- Participation in all stages and types of testing;
- Researching platform capabilities based on its documentation: operating modes, error handling, etc.;
- Development of documentation: defects, processes, and instructions;
- Participation in the Bring-up process for new products;
- Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Practical experience with server hardware complexes, understanding of the principles of operation of the hardware part and server architecture and their variations;
- Experience with load and debugging software (fio, HPL, TRex, etc.);
- Understanding of the principles of networks, services, and protocols;
- Experience in test design and forming test plans;
- Experience in writing internal documentation;
- English language proficiency at the level of reading technical literature;
- Experience interacting with sensor and memory via interface buses (i2c, uart, spi);
- Experience working with IPMI, Redfish protocols;
- Proficiency in Linux OS at the level of confident command-line work;
- Understanding of the principles of BMC and BIOS operation.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge and understanding of CI/CD processes;
- Experience with laboratory equipment (including work with a soldering station, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies, and autotransformer);
- Ability to work with databases (SQL queries);
- Automation skills in Bash/Python.
