🔥 Manual QA Engineer (Lead) | Network Equipment | TopSelection company We are looking for a lead for the switch testing team. Responsibilities: — Lead a dedicated testing team (3–4 people) — Review requirements, design testing, test plans — Organize testing of new functionality and acceptance of releases — Analyze results, classify defects, prepare reports — Improve processes, coverage, and product quality — Coordinate with related teams Requirements: ✅ experience with networks in Data Centers ✅ expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, MC-LAG, etc. ✅ team management experience (3–4 people) ✅ experience in employee recruitment and motivation ✅ Linux, version control systems, bug tracking, and task management tools ✅ understanding of development and testing processes Will be a plus: ➕ test automation (Python, Go) ➕ Cisco CCNA/CCIE, Juniper JNCIA, Huawei HCIP/HCIE (Datacom), Ericsson Extreme certifications ➕ experience testing high-load systems ➕ experience in network architecture design We are looking for: systematic thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills.
