QA Automation Engineer (Complex Hardware and Embedded Systems)

Hi, LinkedIn! #Im_hiring YADRO's Minsk R&D center continues to grow, and we are expanding the quality assurance team. We have a strong engineering culture (80% of the company are developers), a hardcore tech stack, and tasks at the intersection of software and complex server hardware. We don't test regular web forms, buttons, or mobile apps. Only infrastructure challenges. We are looking for strong engineers ready to design test frameworks, build scalable architectures, or develop the packet core of communication.

🌍 Geography: we are hiring engineers in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The office in Minsk, located in the Riviera business center on Pobediteley Avenue, offers a comfortable hybrid work format.

Choose where you're most interested in developing:

📌 1. QA Automation Engineer (Complex Hardware and Embedded Systems) Engineering Challenge: Low-level automation, testing server hardware microcode, and validating hardware-software complexes in Linaro's LAVA validation system. What you need to know: Industrial Python for 2+ years, PyTest, confident Linux (installation/administration). Experience with Arduino/Raspberry Pi (UART, I2C) will be a huge plus.

📌 2. Senior Automation QA Engineer (TATLIN.UNIFIED Product) Engineering Challenge: Load, fault-tolerant, and system testing of our flagship Enterprise Data Storage Systems for data centers and clouds. Working with terabytes of data and high loads. What you need to know: Deep Python + PyTest, Linux at the sysadmin level, Docker, Jenkins, I/O traffic generation utilities (fio, filebench).

📌 3. Test Engineer / QA Manual (Telecom, 5G Core) Engineering Challenge: Developing test plans and manual validation of new functionality for the 5G standard packet core with gradual automation of scenarios. What you need to know: 2+ years of software testing experience, confident Unix/Linux (command line) for 1+ year, excellent knowledge of TCP/IP-based networks. Experience with mobile communications and scripting (TTCN/Python/Shell/LUA) is welcomed.
