• Citizenship and location are any. Cyprus is preferable. ❗️We need a candidate with extensive experience specifically in managing a QA department, but who is also a hands-on trainer, and will have to test themselves constantly, 90% testing and 10% department management.
• Work experience from 3 years
• Programming skills
• Experience interacting with stakeholders in the software development and support process
• Ability to prioritize and understand limitations
• Experience with CI systems, test automation systems, and code version control systems
• Experience testing desktop Windows applications, including writing autotests for GUI applications
• Experience with manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile applications
• Experience in API testing automation
• Experience in organizing a testing team's work
• Experience working with Windows family OS
• Experience working with networks and virtualization systems
• Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS
• Knowledge of C++ or C#
• Knowledge of Java 8

✅Responsibilities

• Prioritize and regularly review tasks for QA engineers in accordance with company plans
• Write automated tests for mobile, desktop, and web applications
• Manually test mobile, desktop, and web applications
• Implement new testing practices and methodologies
• Interact with product owners, analysts, developers, and the quality control department
