💻 Position - Head of QA Department, Lead 🔶 Company - КА Remote grow ⌨️Candidate Requirements:

• Citizenship and location are any. Cyprus is preferred.

❗️We need a candidate with extensive experience specifically in leading a QA department, but at the same time, they must be a player-coach, constantly testing themselves, including 90% testing and 10% department management.

• Work experience from 3 years
• Programming skills
• Experience interacting with software development and support process participants
• Ability to prioritize and understand limitations
• Experience with CI systems, test automation systems, and code version control systems
• Experience testing desktop Windows applications, including writing autotests for GUI applications
• Experience in manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile applications
• Experience in API test automation
• Experience organizing a testing team's work
• Experience working with Windows OS family
• Experience working with networks and virtualization systems
• Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS
• Knowledge of C++ or C#
• Knowledge of Java 8

✅Responsibilities

• Prioritize and regularly review tasks for QA engineers in accordance with company plans
• Write automated tests for mobile, desktop, and web applications
• Manually test mobile, desktop, and web applications
• Implement new testing practices and methodologies
• Interact with product owners, analysts, developers, and quality control services
