Everything is available, just take it and do the work: — The basic minimum: a clear strategy to become the largest private bank (we are bold, we are not afraid, and we will succeed) — And the luxurious maximum: quite organized processes. Several generations of developers, analysts, and managers have thought a lot about many things before us and created internal services as if for themselves. There are almost no "low-hanging fruits" for managers in the format of "let's just quickly implement a process and everything will just take off"; any innovations must be of a sufficiently high level to benefit the business by strengthening the foundation. Interesting — Growth points and industry specifics are also present, where would they be without them? And of course, the analytics team, with whom I have the pleasure of working side-by-side every day, are professionals, beyond all praise 💋
