#vacancy AI Creator / Generative AI Artist (AI Girlfriend)

A new AI direction is launching within a major creator-focused holding company with extensive experience in scaling digital creators and subscription-based platforms.

The team is currently building a production system for creating AI models in the dating niche and we are looking for a strong AI Creator who can produce high-end photorealistic content at a commercial production level.

What needs to be done:

• Create and train LoRA / custom models • Achieve stable character and face consistency • Generate photorealistic content using Flux / SD / ComfyUI (or a similar stack) • Create short AI videos while maintaining character identity • Handle post-production and upscaling (Magnific, Topaz, etc.) • Optimize generation pipelines and GPU workflows (RunPod / Vast.ai)

What is important to us:

• Understanding of face consistency / identity preservation • Experience with LoRA training and advanced AI workflows • Ability to create content that looks like real photos/videos • Attention to detail and a high level of visual perfectionism • Russian language — required

We are looking for not just a "prompt-only artist", but a technically strong AI Creator with a production approach and an understanding of full-cycle AI content creation.

Requirements: • Portfolio is mandatory • The portfolio must include: — several images of the same AI character — examples of AI video

Conditions: • Remote • Contractual cooperation format • Paid test assignment after a successful initial interview • Access to premium AI tools, GPU infrastructure, and production budgets
