Python Developer

We are looking for an experienced Python developer for Tochka Bank. We are a fintech company, creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients. ‍ About our approach:

— Developers are not just coders, but engineers. They not only write code but think about the business, features, infrastructure, stack, and production. Infrastructure specialists help but don't do everything for the developers. — Feature leadership. Any engineer can come up with and lead a project — the main thing is to prove its benefit to the business. You don't need to move to a new grade for this. — We have a microservice architecture. Teams work with the latest technologies, in areas like machine learning and big data, and are free to make technical and product decisions. — We care about code quality: we conduct reviews, cover everything with tests, and provide feedback. — We use Agile, SCRUM, and OKR.

What you will do:

— Develop the backend of the internet bank and other business services, as well as make architectural decisions. — Work on a variety of tasks — from small thematic admin panels to backends of large services and high-load systems. Specific tasks depend on the chosen team, they can be discussed by phone after applying. — Ensure the architecture, quality, and fault tolerance of the team's services. — Identify risks and propose development paths for services.
