Position: Game AI Engineer Location: Cyprus Company: HaaS Platform Employment: Full-time Salary from 4000EUR up to (negotiable)

Game AI Engineer (LLM / Multi-Agent) We are a major game development studio creating a new multiplayer survival game where the world doesn't just react to players – it evolves, remembers, and resists. Under the hood, there are three AI systems: event and mutation generation, long-term narrative arcs, and player influence model. We are looking for a strong AI Engineer with game development experience and a general love for games. The project is in the R&D stage, so your decisions will shape the product's identity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a multi-agent AI system
• Create models: events, mutations, world simulation, player influence
• Integrate AI into gameplay as a mechanic
• Work with world state and pipelines
• Optimize (cache, pre-gen, hybrid)
• Collaborate with game design and CTO

Tech Stack: Python, LLM, LangChain / LangGraph, RAG, fine-tuning, UE5 (plus)

Requirements:

• 2+ years in product development
• Strong Python + LLM experience
• Experience with architecture and system thinking
• Understanding of game feel + gaming experience
• English B2

A plus would be:

• UE5, simulations, multi-agent, event-driven

Conditions:

• Relocation (Cyprus) → remote possible later
