Head of Product
Hello everyone!
We are looking for a Head of Product for an international cryptocurrency project.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full product life cycle: from strategy to prioritization and execution.
- Forming a product roadmap for key business goals, taking into account regulatory and technical constraints.
- Ensuring timely release delivery, managing cross-functional dependencies (development, operations, compliance).
- Building product processes: sprint planning, prioritization, reporting to executive management.
- Managing and developing the product team (product managers, analysts), implementing work standards.
- Making decisions aimed at improving key metrics: conversion, retention, trading activity, operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with business, regional teams, and presenting the product at the board level.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4–6 years leading teams in high-load FinTech, cryptocurrency, or trading platforms.
- Experience in building and scaling centralized exchanges, brokerage services, wallets, or payment solutions.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchange mechanics: spot and derivatives trading, custodial solutions, deposits/withdrawals, KYC, compliance processes, fiat onboarding.
- Strong commercial skills, ability to balance user value, time-to-market, technical feasibility, and revenue impact.
- Experience managing multi-threaded roadmaps with a high degree of cross-functional dependencies.
- Systemic thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience working with stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Conditions
- Work mode and schedule: full-time, moderately flexible schedule.
- Relocation or work with relocation needs is possible.
- Approximate monthly income: discussed individually based on interview results, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Probation period is 3 months.
