Motion Designer

I’m looking for a freelance Motion Designer with strong graphic design skills to help bring a short explainer video to life in the educational sector.

The brief:

• 🎬 1–1.5 minute explainer
• 🧩 10 scenes, with storyboard + copy provided
• 🖼️ Mixed media approach - layered imagery, collage-style visuals, considered typography and an archival feel throughout
• 📐 Designed to work across 1:1, 16:9 and 9:16, so experience building adaptable visual systems is key
• 📱 Social-first (Facebook + Instagram), with potential to be used on a website

Timing: Start at the end of August, for 2 weeks Location: Leeds studio - ideally hybrid, but open to remote (UK) only

Looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can bring both motion craft and graphic design thinking to the project.
