๐ Algonova is looking for an Advertising Analytics & Meta Ads Tracking Specialist

Weโre looking for a Middle+ specialist to take ownership of Meta Ads tracking and make the entire user journey transparent โ from the first ad click to a CRM lead, deal, and payment.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API is a must for this role.
What youโll do:
โข Own end-to-end tracking: Meta Ads โ website โ Pixel/CAPI โ CRM โ deal โ payment
โข Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Datasets, Events, and Conversions API
โข Work with attribution, UTMs, click IDs, and event deduplication between Pixel and CAPI
โข Identify and resolve data loss and discrepancies across ad platforms, the website, and CRM
โข Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and n8n, and assess their impact on business metrics
Youโll be a great fit if you have:
โข 3+ years of experience specifically with Meta Ads tracking, including Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API
โข A solid understanding of attribution, event deduplication, and end-to-end tracking
โข Experience implementing and debugging both client-side and server-side tracking
โข The ability to independently diagnose issues and understand how tracking quality affects advertising and business results
โข Russian at B2 level and English at B1+ level
Nice to have:
โข Google Ads and GA4
โข Server-side tracking
โข Experience with amoCRM/Kommo and n8n
โข SQL, Python, or JavaScript
โข Experience with other advertising platforms
