Senior QA Engineer

We are developing an international product and are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team and be responsible for product quality at all stages of development. We need a specialist who can deeply analyze functionality, quickly identify the causes of emerging problems, and strive to improve testing processes.
Main tasks
- Perform comprehensive testing of web applications on desktop and mobile devices.
- Develop test scenarios, create and maintain test documentation.
- Test API functionality and analyze service responses using specialized tools.
- Find defects, reproduce them, determine their causes, and create clear reports for the development team.
- Analyze network requests and application behavior using traffic interception tools.
- Investigate errors through browser developer tools and participate in their localization.
- Work with databases to verify the correctness of data storage and processing.
- Evaluate requirements from the perspective of quality and test coverage.
- Participate in release preparation and control product compliance with established quality standards.
- Propose solutions to make testing processes more efficient.
Our expectations
- Commercial experience in Manual QA from 4 years.
- Practice testing REST API.
- Confident use of Postman or similar tools.
- Experience analyzing HTTP traffic via Charles Proxy or Proxyman.
- Good command of Chrome DevTools.
- Knowledge of SQL at the level of writing complex queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries).
- Understanding the principles of interaction between the client and server parts of the application.
- Experience applying AI tools in daily QA work.
An additional advantage will be
- Skills in working with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience in creating automated tests.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and build automation tools.
- Understanding the specifics of microservice architecture.
- Working with Docker containers.
- Experience using logging and monitoring systems.
- Practice testing high-load projects.
