Weeek is looking for a Product Manager for its cross-platform team 💙
We are a SaaS service for project management and team productivity enhancement. Since the beginning of 2023, our client base and revenue have grown 10 times. Weeek is used by teams from VK, Zolotoye Yabloko, Skillbox, Tele2, and other companies.
Currently, the mobile direction of Weeek is entering a new stage of development. We want to strengthen its product focus, improve the user experience, and lay the foundation for further growth.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of this area: understand the current product and accumulated research, define priorities, and, together with the team, form a clear development plan.
There is a lot of room for independent decision-making and significant impact on the product. You will work with various user scenarios, identify growth points, balance development and quality, and transform complex contexts into things that truly help people work in Weeek every day.
What to expect from us
- An independent mobile direction with real influence on the product and user experience.
- Accumulated context, research, and data to build upon. You won't have to start from scratch, but there will be ample room for your own solutions.
- A strong engineering team and close collaboration with the tech lead. Here you can influence not only individual features but also the overall development of the direction.
- An opportunity to build a significant systemic case: understand a complex area, bring product focus to it, and see the results of your decisions in a live product.
- Speed in decision-making, minimal bureaucracy, and direct access to the people who determine Weeek's development.
- Access to analytical resources and the necessary AI tools for work.
- We pay market rates without delays, work remotely, allow for vacations, and are understanding about the need to take a day off for personal matters.
What you bring
- At least three years of experience as a Product Manager and independently managing a significant product area.
- Experience with mobile applications: you understand the specifics of iOS and Android, mobile usage patterns, and platform limitations.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or other complex digital products.
- Ability to delve into an incompletely defined scope, gather requirements, and transform them into a clear focus and action plan.
- Ability to work with user research: conduct interviews, analyze scenarios, and validate findings with real user behavior.
- Proficiency in product analytics: ability to define metrics, formulate event requirements, understand funnels and retention, and use data for decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize not only new features but also quality, stability, technical constraints, and migration tasks.
- Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with engineers and discuss technically rich solutions without needing to be a developer yourself.
- Drive initiatives from problem identification and research through to release, results measurement, and subsequent conclusions.
- Ability to integrate artificial intelligence tools into your workflow.
Will be a plus
- Experience working simultaneously with iOS and Android.
- Experience in products for teamwork, project management, or personal and team productivity.
- Ability to independently work with data and gather initial analytical insights without constant analyst support.
- Experience working with a product during a major technical overhaul or platform migration.
What you will do
- Be responsible for the development of Weeek's cross-platform direction and shape its product focus.
- Understand user needs, accumulated research, and data to identify key problems and opportunities for development.
- Formulate a development plan for the direction and determine what is important for the team to focus on now and what can be postponed.
- Balance the development of new features, the quality of the current product, and technical tasks.
- Develop solutions together with the technical lead, developers, designers, and other team members.
- Formulate clear requirements, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop product analytics for the direction: define necessary metrics, identify data gaps, and use them for decision-making.
- Conduct user interviews and additional research when existing information is insufficient.
- Monitor the quality and reliability of mobile applications and translate identified issues into clear priorities for the team.
- Manage tasks from problem definition and solution finding to release, results evaluation, and next steps.
