Go Engineer for Internal Projects Team

About the Team

Our team develops the xMM platform — a system used as the basis for assessing team maturity and the quality of the company's technology direction. In the future, xMM will become the foundation for integrations related to conducting and visualizing assessments in technology-related functions and adjacent areas.

A separate development direction for the platform is a system for mass task generation and integration with the Jira task tracker.

You will be responsible for:

• developing and maintaining the team's current services;
• shaping the image of the technical solution and communicating it to team members;
• being an active feature lead and interacting with the product team;
• participating in writing documentation and concepts for architectural solutions (TDR).

We expect you to:

• have at least two years of commercial development experience with Go;
• be able to design and discuss technical solutions, understanding the pros and cons of architectural decisions;
• have experience developing distributed services;
• have a confident command of SQL and have worked with relational databases;
• have experience with non-relational databases such as Redis;
• have experience writing tests;
• have worked with technical metrics;
• be ready to work under uncertainty and independently interact with stakeholders.
