Freelance Digital Exec Producer

I'm looking for a freelance digital Exec Producer or similar, with deep experience in developing and delivering entertainment series, on YouTube in particular.

The most immediate task will be to work with an in-house team to develop 2 to 3 existing formats into cohesive propositions, costed up, with a strong platform (YouTube) specific distribution strategy, and a clear plan for piloting and the editorial direction for continuation if greenlit.

The role will suit somebody used to working with and adapting to the varying in-house resources of a digital video publisher. You will have demonstrable development experience across entertainment genres, and be able to point at successful recurring series you have been responsible for developing (and, ideally, delivering) on YouTube. You will understand both the specificities of the platform, and the rules of content that translate regardless of the distribution. This will suit a blended skillset, as it is about spinning ideas up into production-readiness.

Start date is likely end of September or beginning of October, with two weeks of initial work, and the strong potential for extension/renewal. Of the 2-3 formats, one is likely to sit in the fashion space, and another in the wellness/workout. Genre-specific experience is welcome but by no means essential if you tick every other box.
