A new position has opened up: YouTube Producer (outside of Russia and Belarus).
The company is developing a licensed fintech platform that combines fiat and cryptocurrency in one account: multi-currency wallets, SEPA / SWIFT, crypto exchange, savings, and staking. The product is already operational, with infrastructure and licenses in Europe, Canada, and North America.
We are looking for a YouTube Producer who will be responsible for the development and promotion of the YouTube channel in foreign markets.
The channel's theme is financial literacy, educational videos, and content in the style of popular science. The main audience is 25-30 years old. Videos are already being produced, so you won't need to record or shoot them: the key task is to manage and promote the channel through YouTube tools.
Main tasks:
- Manage and develop the YouTube channel for foreign markets.
- Promote videos using YouTube's own tools.
- Work with YouTube Ads and internal platform promotion mechanisms.
- Utilize an understanding of YouTube algorithms to increase views, retention, and subscribers.
- Formulate a competent video publishing schedule.
- Analyze video performance and suggest improvements for promotion.
- Work with channel metrics: CTR, retention, watch time, views, subscribers, engagement.
- Understand which formats, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and publication schedules work best for the target audience.
- If desired, provide recommendations on content, topics, and video packaging, but this is not the primary task.
- Communicate your vision to the team and justify decisions regarding channel development.
What is important:
- Experience promoting mid-sized YouTube channels.
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms and factors influencing organic growth.
- Experience working with YouTube Ads and internal platform promotion tools.
- Understanding of YouTube Analytics and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
- Experience with content for a foreign audience.
- English language proficiency sufficient for working with international markets.
- Understanding of the 25-30-year-old audience.
- Ability to work not just by instructions but also to propose your own channel development strategy.
- Willingness to explain your vision to the team, defend hypotheses, and propose solutions.
- Interest in topics such as fintech, crypto, personal finance, financial literacy, or educational content.
Will be a plus:
- Experience promoting channels in the finance, crypto, fintech, investing, personal finance, or education niches.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Knowledge of additional languages: Spanish, French, German, or other common languages for foreign markets.
- Experience growing a YouTube channel not only through advertising but also through an organic strategy.
- Understanding of content packaging: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, hooks, playlists.
- Experience working with educational or popular science content.
