Seeking an experienced QA Lead for managing a testing team (5 people) on a large-scale project for the implementation and update of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Conversational English is a must! Contract with a company in the RF.

The project has a complex architecture, a large number of integrations, and high data quality requirements.

Key Requirements (Hard Skills) QA Experience: From 5 years in software testing, with at least 2 years in a Lead position. MS Dynamics Expertise: Practical experience in testing Dynamics 365 CRM (or Dynamics AX) is mandatory. Understanding of entity logic, workflows, and plugins. Microsoft Stack: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (specifically, Azure Test Plans module) for test case management and reporting. Integration Testing: Deep understanding of API functionality and experience in testing integrations (REST/SOAP). Ability to work with Postman/Insomnia. Data Handling: Solid knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and migration verification. English Language: B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. Ability to freely participate in daily calls and handle technical correspondence.

Key Responsibilities Strategy: Development and implementation of the project's testing strategy "from scratch" under changing requirements. Team Management: Coordination of the work of 4 engineers (Senior, Middle, Automation), task allocation, and deadline control. Quality Control: Tracking metrics (Test Coverage, Defect Leakage), risk management, and stakeholder reporting. UAT: Support for acceptance testing on the client's side.
