We, as Fintech, understand that there is a huge number of potential clients who wish to obtain financial products but, for various reasons, cannot do so. For such clients, we have opened a subsidiary microcredit organization, giving these clients the opportunity to use large fintech products with transparent terms and without additional risks. To develop this area, a new platform team is being created, which will ensure the development of the core functionality of the microcredit organization.
We are now looking for a CFT ABS (RBO) Developer for the Retail Business Tribe, for a project to form a platform solution for processing MFO ( *loans and microloans) offerings provided by the bank. The project involves development "from scratch" using the most current stack, with subsequent integration of existing products.
You will:
- Develop software on the CFT-Bank platform
- Analyze and approve functional requirements
- Support testing processes
- Support developed functionality (3rd line)
- Optimize functionality
- Participate in the acceptance of developed functionality and in conducting "demos"
- Participate in maintaining and structuring the knowledge base for the current system implementation
- Participate in building the architecture, defining and describing system components, and interaction schemes
- Search, document, and track bugs in the bug tracker
- Make proposals for optimizing current processes
We are looking for:
- CFT development experience (CFT-ABS-RBO development experience is highly desirable)
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, PLSQL, PL+)
- Experience in developing integration solutions
- Knowledge of multithreaded (parallel) data processing
- Experience in analyzing and methods for improving performance
- Knowledge of subsystems: Accounting Core, Consumer Loans, Consumer Deposits
- Experience with CFT-Integrator
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products
- Experience in designing REST API interactions
- Understanding of the principles and foundations of service-oriented and microservice architecture;
- Experience with message brokers and queues (Kafka\MQ)
- Experience in building asynchronous processes
- Experience with Jira\Confluence
