Teams we are hiring for
GigaChat Alignment Team
We release fast and useful model updates. Focus on optimization and cost reduction. Work cycle: "idea — experiment — prod." A100/H100 hardware, technologies PyTorch, Ray, vLLM/SGLang.
GigaChat Pretrain Team
We create powerful base GigaChat models: we research new architectures, build distributed training on clusters with GigaFSDP, optimize computations on Triton/CUDA in FP8 format.
Tasks you will work on
- Improve GigaChat quality: from enhancing Pretrain to developing Alignment skills. Research will cover model architecture, training speed and algorithms, as well as upgrading reasoning abilities. The goal is to improve the accuracy and quality of GigaChat's responses in production.
- Accelerate model training: distributed training on large clusters, research on state-of-the-art architectures and ML in NLP, low-precision training, and model quantization.
- Try new post-training methods: online RL, distillation, etc. — from idea to testing and production.
