Project Manager

FinTech | Paphos, Cyprus

A FinTech product is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate team efforts, develop product initiatives, and improve business processes.

📍 Paphos, Cyprus — office-based work 💰 €1,800–2,200

Responsibilities: • Coordinate projects related to product growth, conversion, approvals, risks, and customer retention. • Synchronize the work of development, marketing, risk management, and operational teams. • Formulate tasks, set priorities, monitor deadlines, and track results. • Analyze data and product metrics, test hypotheses, and identify opportunities for performance improvement. • Prepare reports, project plans, and roadmaps. • Optimize internal processes and help teams work more efficiently.

What's important to us: • Systematic and analytical thinking, ability to structure information. • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge will be an advantage. • Organization, initiative, and accountability for results. • Ability to negotiate, coordinate multiple teams, and manage tasks in parallel. • Project management experience and understanding of digital product principles.

Experience in FinTech, analytics, or financial products will be an advantage.
