Position: Middle Computer Vision Engineer

Work format: offline, Astana (we consider only office-based roles, please do not inquire about other formats)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CV / Video Analytics models
(detection, tracking, face recognition, behavior analysis)
- Integrate ML models into production (backend, edge)
- Train and retrain models (fine-tuning, transfer learning)
- Participate in real AI projects with business applications
- Work with the full cycle: from research to deployment
- Optimize models and improve the quality of CV solutions
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Computer Vision: understanding of classical algorithms and modern DL approaches
- 1+ year of experience in commercial development
- Deep understanding of machine learning and neural networks fundamentals (CNN, detection/segmentation models)
- Proficient in Python
- Practical experience with libraries: OpenCV, NumPy, PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Ability to work with Git
- Experience in model optimization (speed/accuracy trade-offs, inference)
- Experience with tasks of detection, tracking, human behavior analysis
