Our products help automate and optimize processes, create secure infrastructure for critical information infrastructure (CII), build private clouds, and launch effective ML/AI processes.
We are actively expanding and looking for an Intern Linux Engineer for the Support Team who will grow with us.
your tasks
- Process and resolve customer requests through the technical support system
- Guide users on the main aspects of using the Linux OS
- Update and expand the information base for clients
- Analyze and categorize complex and non-standard requests
our expectations
- Higher education or current enrollment in the final years of study (ideally in technical specialties)
- Experience in administering Windows and Linux OS
- Proficiency in the basics of network interaction and computer network functioning principles
- Readiness for remote work, 12-hour shifts on a 2/2 schedule (day – night – two days off)
it would be great if you
- Already have experience in technical support
- Possess English language skills sufficient for working with professional documentation and specifications
- Are familiar with ticket management systems and corporate databases (e.g., working with Jira Service Desk and Confluence platforms)
- Know the key components of IT infrastructure: file servers, directory services, DNS, DHCP, backup, and monitoring
