🔷Tasks: Operation and support of monitoring systems based on Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus; Development and implementation of solution architecture – design of scalable and fault-tolerant monitoring systems, considering customer requirements; Consulting Customers on deployment and operation specifics of products, software updates and corrections; Operation and support of data visualization systems; Solving non-standard problems (adapting monitoring and management systems to customer needs, integration with other products); Consulting Customers on deployment and operation specifics of products, software updates and configuration; Writing/updating documentation.
🔷Mandatory requirements: Work with UNIX/Linux systems at an advanced user level for 3+ years; Experience with docker and docker compose; Understanding of general principles of modern operating systems and network interaction; Experience in automating routine tasks using any of bash, Powershell, python; Work with Zabbix, understanding of architecture and components. Understanding of discovery rules, use of metric preprocessing (JSONPath, JS, regexp); Experience with APIs of various products; Experience with Postgres, MySQL, ClickHouse (one of them) at an advanced user level; Experience with Grafana. Experience with ELK/OpenSearch, k8s, Git, Ansible (one of them); Desire to learn new products.
