Proactive Monitoring Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the availability and performance of information resources;
• Promptly responding to monitoring system alerts and timely escalation, if necessary;
• Initial diagnostics and analysis of error messages in software and hardware operation;
• Tracking ongoing infrastructure work and timely response to critical events related to such work;
• Performing tasks related to setting up and changing the monitoring infrastructure;
• Creating and maintaining incidents.

Requirements:

• Experience with monitoring systems: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience working with ServiceDesk, JIRA, Confluence, etc.;
• Experience administering high-load systems
• Willingness to work a shift schedule (2/2, from the office)
