☑️ Responsibilities
- Development of training programs (distance courses, tests, simulators, etc.), as well as sales materials (scripts, objection handling, FAQ)
- Creation and updating of materials in knowledge bases and training programs
- Methodological support of AI assistants for employees and clients
- Interaction with related departments on issues of implementing and developing training
- Support for launching programs and products to the sales network
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Work experience as a methodologist for training programs for at least 3 years
- Experience in methodological development of internal training, staff certification, and increasing sales through communication and training for at least 2 years
- Mandatory knowledge of cryptocurrency law
- Personal experience using or knowledge of cryptocurrency usage features is desirable
- Experience in supporting the launch of processes and programs
- Good communication skills, desire and experience working in a cross-functional team
