AI Designer / Web Designer

The Digital Agency MAXIMUS MEDIA is looking for an AI Designer / Web Designer with part-time employment for 3-4 hours a day, with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate can create not just “beautiful mockups”, but strong and thoughtful designs that help businesses sell.

Responsibilities:

— Create design concepts for new projects using AI tools and refine the design manually.

— Generate references, design concepts, and visual directions for approval with the team and clients.

— Develop individual website blocks and complex visual elements using neural networks.

— Create banners, advertising creatives, covers, presentations, and other marketing materials.

— Generate images, illustrations, characters, backgrounds, objects, and photorealistic content for websites and advertising campaigns.

— Manually refine generated results to commercial quality in Figma, Photoshop, and other graphic editors.

— Create AI videos for websites, presentations, case studies, and client advertising materials.

— Develop logos, brand elements, and visual brand concepts.

— Collaborate with SEO specialists, developers, and account managers.

— Use AI to accelerate work and improve result quality, not just for image generation.

— Search for, test, and implement new AI tools in the agency's workflows.

— Participate in the development of internal AI design standards and process automation.
