Actually, probably quite a lot. Maybe they go to the same parties, or have the same favorite color. We don't know that — we only know that they have all invested in White Circle, and we forgot to tell you! ⚪️

White Circle is building a Safety & Observability platform to ensure your AI models in production don't make mistakes, don't leak personal data and commercial secrets to just anyone, and aren't vulnerable to hacking🔐

Since our last post, the team has grown from ~3 to 16 people, raised another round (now totaling $11M!), and started processing over 100 million requests per month…

…and started hiring even more actively, of course!

There are many roles, all requiring at least 3 years of experience — apply yourself or send this to former classmates who are drawn to Paris.

Backend Engineer: 🔸 Experience building product backends in YC-startups or something of similar caliber. 🔵 Bonus points if you have built analytical systems. 🦀 The backend is written in Rust, so this is your perfect opportunity to start writing in Rust if you haven't already!

Frontend Engineer: 🔸 Typescript, React, Next.js, Tailwind; ▫️ Basic understanding of LLMs; ▪️ It would be really cool if you can build awesome graphs/charts on the frontend ✨

MLE / MLOps: 🔵 Experience building high-performance ML systems; 🔹 You can be responsible for the entire infrastructure, and you will build and fix inference for trillion-scale models.

Also needed: audio and video AI engineers, DS and DE, devrel, and even brand designers.

They will relocate you to Paris, and take you on a nice offsite trip to the Alps a couple of times a year 🗻

They pay $80k-150k + equity depending on experience and role. This is for engineers — for researchers, it's higher 🗼
