Calculating and processing payroll for the company or a separate division (approximately 1000 employees);
Calculating and processing vacations, sick leave, terminations, donor payments, financial assistance, etc., including personal income tax (PIT) for the group of companies;
Accounting for payment-in-kind and per diems above the norm for PIT accounting purposes for the group of companies;
Accounting for social and property-related tax deductions for the group of companies;
Calculating withholdings, writs of execution, and court orders for the group of companies;
Consulting employees on calculations;
Calculating days of stay and controlling documents for non-residents;
Preparing and submitting reports to Rosstat;
Entering accounts of new employees for salary payments;
Generating 2-NDFL certificates and upon request;
Selecting and archiving originals of primary documents related to payroll calculation.
We expect that you:
Have a higher education in economics, accounting, or taxation;
Have at least three years of experience working in an accounting department in the payroll section;
Have experience in payroll calculation for more than 500 employees;
Have knowledge and experience working with the 1C ZUP 3.1 system;
Have experience working with Excel;
Have practical knowledge of tax, labor legislation, and current changes;
Have experience in cross-functional interaction, including related to automation;
Are able to plan and work effectively in a multitasking environment with deadlines;
Are ready for a hybrid work schedule (office presence 2-3 days per week).
